SUPPLEMENTARY OPTIONS 2017

En-suite rooms

En-suite rooms cost an extra £7.00 per room per night (17 en-suites available) – this charge does not apply if you have booked sole use of the centre


Afternoon Tea

Weekend groups requiring afternoon tea will be provided with their chosen option at 16.00

Option 1 – Tea and cake £3.50 per head
Option 2 – Sandwich tea (sandwiches, cake and tea) £5.00 per head
Option 3 – Hot buffet tea (hot nibbles, cake and tea) £6.50 per head


 Caravans & Campers with Residential Groups

Adults £12 per night

Children 10 to 12 years £5 per night

Children 5 to 9 years £2.50 per night

Children 0 to 4 years Free

Where caravanners / campers request meals in the hall and space permits, the following charges apply:

Cooked Breakfast – £5.00; Economy Breakfast – £3.50; Lunch – £7.00; Dinner £8.00; (Children 5 to 12 years half-price)


Indoor Heated Swimming Pool:

A charge of £50/day or £250/week will apply to groups wishing to use the pool.

Work has commenced on this project; however it will be best to contact the office for updates as to when the pool will be available.

 


B-B-Q: (May to September)

It is possible for groups to have a B-B-Q in place of lunch or dinner and if required this should be indicated on the Detailed Information Form. Groups wishing to have a B-B-Q in addition to the set meals should discuss their requirements with the Manager at the time of submitting the Detailed Information Form. The charge will then be advised. To comply with H & S legislation in respect of the preparation and cooking of food, where Cloverley Hall provide a B-B-Q the food will be pre-cooked in the kitchen then provided to the guests to ‘finish-off’ and give it that unique B-B-Q taste.


Bonfire:

Where requested a charge of £30 per occasion will apply.
